Todd Turner

     Todd Turner is an Australian poet, born in 1971. His parents were from farming families in Koorawatha, on the Western Plains of NSW, and they moved to Sydney in 1959.

     Poems from his collections have appeared widely in publications such as Meanjin, The Australian, Quadrant, Cordite and Southerly.

     Turner has been shortlisted for the Newcastle Poetry Prize, the Blake Poetry Prize, the Henry Kendall Poetry Prize, and he was joint winner of the 2013 Jean Cecily Drake-Brockman Prize. He lives in Parramatta.
